Event Crewing

Skilled, flexible crews supporting live events, theatre, TV, and arts productions.

A close-up photographic view of a heavy-duty steel truss corner, perfectly assembled and locked with polished silver couplers and safety pins, lying on a dark anti-slip stage deck. Around it, neatly arranged tools—an adjustable wrench, safety lanyards, and color-coded tape—rest in deliberate positions, suggesting careful planning. Overhead work lights cast a clean, neutral glow, creating subtle highlights along the brushed metal and soft, directional shadows that add depth. The background falls into a gentle bokeh of stacked flight cases and neatly rolled black cables. Shot at a low, three-quarter angle with a shallow depth of field, the mood is confidently professional and technical, emphasizing craftsmanship and attention to detail in event crewing work.
A meticulously lit, photographic realism image of a control area for a live arts event, featuring a row of sleek black flight cases opened to reveal neatly coiled cables, color-coded adapters, and clearly labeled wireless receivers. In the foreground, a detailed laminated show plan and a set of bright highlighters rest on a matte-black tabletop beside a compact digital toolbox. Soft, focused overhead lighting creates a calm, neutral glow, with subtle reflections on metal hardware and crisp shadows that define each object. Shot from a slightly elevated angle with rule-of-thirds composition, the scene feels organized, intelligent, and prepared, conveying the planning and multi-skilled expertise behind flawless event execution, all without any human presence.

Our crew

A detailed photographic realism image of an outdoor event setup in progress, focusing solely on infrastructure: a partially built aluminum stage roof on tall truss towers, ballast blocks with tightly ratcheted straps, and stacks of folded stage decks aligned on a grassy field protected by gray ground protection mats. The late afternoon golden hour light casts warm highlights along the metal truss and long, soft shadows across the mats, adding depth and dimension. In the background, safety fencing, cable ramps, and a distant skyline blur gently. Shot from a low, wide-angle perspective, the composition emphasizes scale, structure, and meticulous organization. The mood is industrious yet controlled, showcasing the capability and trustworthiness of an event crewing company without a single person visible.

Standard Crew

Our crew members are multi-skilled for the standard event support you may need (get-in, changeovers, get-out) within the London area, based on a 10‑hour day. With our minimum call being 4 hours, overtime, night work, and complex technical roles (riggers, crew chiefs, show callers) are charged at enhanced rates. Minimum call durations and travel or accommodation costs may apply depending on location and schedule.

Ideal for weekday load ins, basic setups and small local events.

A wide, photographic realism scene of a backstage loading bay at a performance venue, filled with precisely stacked black flight cases, labeled with bold white stencils for sound, light, and staging. Bright yellow safety lines are painted on the smooth concrete floor, leading toward an open dock door where the faint outline of a stage structure is visible in the distance. Cool, even overhead industrial lighting creates clear visibility with gentle, elongated shadows behind the equipment. The composition is framed with a strong sense of depth, using leading lines from the cases and dock edges to draw the eye inward. The atmosphere is efficient, orderly, and trustworthy, capturing the scale and organization of professional event crewing without any people visible.

Big Events

For larger productions and multi‑day builds, we can structure pricing on a project basis, combining day rates with capped overtime to give you clear budget visibility. This of course depending on skill mix, hours and technical requirements. Request a tailored quote for precise costing.

For complex rigs, tight turnarounds, or late-night show calls.
